This year the festival was organized between 7th June and 14th June. This year, the weeklong festival was organized especially to support a local business that struggled during the pandemic. It was also the best opportunity to welcome the customers back to Times Square. This year more than two dozen restaurants participated in the festival. The participating restaurants came together to offer a special three-course menu that included appetizers, entrees, and dessert for $ 35.
The dinners came out to enjoy and relish the great food with confidence as all appropriate health and safety measures were taken care of for the participating workers and staff.
The festival brought back the crowds and on average 180,000 daily pedestrians attended the festival in Times Square. It was amazing to see people coming back to the neighborhood after emerging from the pandemic to experience Times Square’s amazing restaurants.
The Alliance partnered with Hell’s Kitchen Happiness Krewe to continue the tradition of live music at Taste. Hell’s Kitchen Happiness Krewe spread joy through artistic musical performances and attract revenue to the restaurants and other businesses.
