NYC is known for fabulous fashion. New York Fashion Week even takes place twice a year! However, some of the best NYC fashion is found on the stage of the Stephen Sondhiem Theatre, worn by the cast of & Juliet.
The costumes definitely give a nod to Elizabethan England with codpieces and ruffled collars, but they also reflect fashion of today’s pop stars. The costumes, designed by Paloma Young, feature full skirts paired with denim jackets, and a lot of sparkles. If only they were for sail!
Excellent Choreography
NYC is home to many of the world’s greatest dancers, and & Juliet’s choreographer Jennifer Weber takes full advantage of the talent available to her. The dance is based in hip hop and street dance traditions, with elements of movements made popular on TikTok! In fact, a lot of the choreography seems like it could go viral on TikTok at any moment! There are acrobatics, aerial arts, and more. We dare you not smile.

Everyone wants to see a celebrity when they visit NYC. & Juliet is an excellent place for celebrity sightings. The cast currently includes Joey Fatone of NSYNC.This is especially exciting since the music is by Max Martin who frequently collaborated with NSYNC!
